Acceptance

By creating an account or purchasing a course on AMO Academy, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Course Access

Upon successful payment you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the purchased course for 30 days. Access is tied to your account and cannot be shared, resold, or transferred to another person.

Video Content

All video content is protected by copyright and delivered via signed URLs that expire after 2 hours. Recording, downloading, redistributing, or publicly broadcasting any part of course content is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy

Because course access begins immediately, we do not offer refunds for completed purchases. If you experience a technical problem preventing access, contact us within 48 hours and we will investigate.

Acceptable Use

You may not use AMO Academy to share account credentials, attempt to circumvent access controls, reverse-engineer video delivery, or engage in any activity that harms the platform or other users.

Limitation of Liability

AMO Academy provides educational content on an "as is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
